Access Customers Oil & Energy
Use the Access Customers menu found on the Oil & Energy menu to find, edit and create new Customer accounts.
An account ID is automatically assigned when Add is selected.
The Old ID field is populated if the Customer account was imported from a previous system.
Up to 40 alpha-numeric characters are available on each line to provide the Name for the account. If using the optional second line, it will print on any document that includes the Bill To address.
The Loyalty Card field is visible if a Location is participating in a Loyalty program. Enter the Loyalty Card ID number to indicate the customer is participating and use the Loyalty tab within the account to view activity. If this field is blank and followed by the message Not Activated, no Loyalty Card has been entered for the Customer. See Merchant Ag FIN > Admin > Installation > Access Parameters > AR > Loyalty Cards to enable this option. If active, Access Categories provides additional information.
Provide the billing Address, up to 40 alpha-numeric characters are available on each line. If using the optional second line, it will print on any document that includes the Bill To address.
Enter the Zip Code to automatically populate the
City and
State fields.
An Email address for the Customer can be entered.
A Sort Name of up to 40 alpha-numeric characters are required. This information can be used on both the AR Aging and Customer Collections report.

Enter the primary Contact for the account, up to 20 alpha-numeric characters.
If required, choose a Responsible Location by entering the Site ID or use F12 to search.
